Blind tasting parties are a great way to try new wines! Let us do all the work for you - we'll curate the wines, wrap them up, customize the tasting sheets, and go through the tasting with you and your guests. We can be as structured or informal as you'd like.

Let us host your very own private food + wine pairing dinner! We will work with you to decide on a theme, customize the menu and wines to suite your taste, organize all of the details, help you set up and decorate, and stay onsite, during the dinner to serve.

About Our Host
Shannon Cole (Brady) is a WSET Level 3 sommelier, who has a passion for all things food, wine, and travel. Immersing herself in Italy's food & wine culture solidified those passions, and inspired her to share what she's learned with others. She loves planning events almost as much as she enjoys hosting them and will customize your event to fit you & your guests!
